Side extension and 1st floor infill extension to include full refurbishment
Phil completed an extensive extension (side and 1st floor), as well as fitting of a new kitchen and bathroom throughout the pandemic and the first lock down, all finished to a high standard. He showed dedication and often going ‘above and beyond’ to keep us living in our home with an operational kitchen, bath and toilet etc through the worst of the building works, as well as solving problems as they arose. Before commencing, Phil came in with a very competitive estimate and whilst the scope of work changed throughout, Phil was able to keep us updated regularly with amendments and revised pricing. He surrounds himself with a professional team and whilst we weren’t personally big fans of his chosen plumber, all works were completed to a high standard and excellent finish.
